Mileage fees and limits on Vanagon vehicles: 75 miles are added for each rental day. Daily miles roll over if unused. Once these free miles are depleted, miles are charged at 59¢/mile. Additional miles are packaged in 100 mile increments for $39. (39¢/mile). These miles packages must be prepaid and are non-refundable. There is a 250 mile/day driving distance limit on this vehicle

2 NIGHT MINIMUM

Mileage fees and limits on Eurovan vehicles: 100 miles are added for each rental day. Daily miles roll over if unused. Once these free miles are depleted, miles are charged at 59¢/mile. Additional miles are packaged in 100 mile increments for $39. (39¢/mile). These miles packages must be prepaid and are non-refundable. There is a 300 mile/day driving distance limit on this vehicle.

2 NIGHT MINIMUM

Mileage fees and limits on Bay Window vehicles: 50 miles are added for each rental day. Daily miles roll over if unused. Once these free miles are depleted, miles are charged at $1.25/mile. Additional miles are packaged in 100 mile increments for $75. (75¢/mile). These miles packages must be prepaid and are non-refundable. There is a 200 mile/day driving distance limit on this vehicle.

2 NIGHT MINIMUM

A deposit of $250 USD is required to secure a booking.

A minimum security deposit of $1000 USD is required on a major credit card.

ONE WAY RENTALS

For journeys starting or ending in San Francisco add the additional fees:
• for rentals 14 days or longer $550
• for rentals 7 - 13 days $750
• for rentals 1 - 6 days $950

MEDIA RATES

$750 gives you 8 hours of time. The clock starts ticking when we leave our door, so drive time to your set may cut into your shoot time. The clock stops at your “wrap” call.

We deliver the vehicle to you at the agreed upon call time, and drive the vehicle back to our facility when you wrap. Our driver will stay within eye-shot while on set so as to provide technical and safety services. If you need to adjust anything or move the vehicle within your set-up, or for additional shots, our driver will be there to help.

Over-time accrues thus: $50 for each hour or part of an hour past the initial 8 hours. You may redeem an hour by feeding our driver a lunch.

We have a free 100 mile delivery radius. Extra miles adds on at $1.25 per mile past the first 100 miles.

If logos are removed or damaged there will be an additional charge of $50. for their replacement. We do not have a lot of extraneous graphics, but this has come up in the past.

A $250 deposit on a major credit card holds your specific vehicle for the date you select. The balance is due upon arrival at your set.
